We collect data you provide directly (email address, name, company when you fill in forms), data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited via analytics), and data from third-party services (Google Business Profile data via OAuth when you connect your account to HearBack).

We use your data to: deliver and improve our products and services; send you transactional emails (confirmations, waitlist updates); send marketing updates if you have consented; analyse usage to improve performance; comply with legal obligations.

We use AWS SES for transactional email (data processed in eu-west-2, London), Vercel for hosting (data processed in the EU), and PostHog for analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy and handles your data in accordance with GDPR.
