By accessing or using LayerBlocks products and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

LayerBlocks Ltd provides SaaS products including HearBack (reputation management) and HydrateStar (hydration tracking). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use our services for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; distribute spam or unsolicited communications through our platforms; reverse engineer or copy our products.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in GBP. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell your data to third parties.

6. Intellectual property

LayerBlocks retains all intellectual property rights in our products, branding, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services as per your subscription plan.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerBlocks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
